Terms of Service

When purchasing goods from our shop you agree to following terms:

1. You will contact us in case you encounter any problems with your product/account.

2. You will leave an honest and fair feedback.

3. If you leave a bad review or similar you will lose your right to a replacement.

4. If a replacement of a non-working product is not possible, you will receive a voucher for our shop with the corresponding value.

Unless stated otherwise, all products have a 24 hour warranty in which you have to contact us to receive help using following template. To do so, please message me on telegram and provide me the following information:

In case of an emergency, please contact me on telegram: @CoopEU. I will not handle replacements or anything similar on telegram!
